  2.     To start this major scale series of programs just type in
  3.     the word scales.
  4.  
  5.     These programs were written for IBM and IBM compatible computers.
  6.     They use a colored monitor and VGA. Sound is also used for the
  7.     scales.
  8.  
  9.     This is a series of programs of which the next set is the harmonic
  10.     minor scales to be followed by the melodic minor scales. There
  11.     will be a further set of the chords and their inversions in all
  12.     keys. Each set will include basic music theory.
